2. jangan lunch, minum coffee sajork
3. jangan dinner, minum coffee sajor
4. minum kopi sajork
5. minum kopi sajork
6. minum kopi sajork
seterusnya..sila kembali ke number 1

i 'was' addicted to coffee too last 5 yers kot~~ surprisingly i had no weight probs dat time, just probably occasionally 'stoned' by coffee~~ harharhar..

maybe coffee kills d appetite? mari lar br'coffee~~

yeahh..i heard dat coffee kills d appetite...n dat is my tragic strategy wen ever i wanna lose some weight..coffeeing all day long n wallaaa!!
